Payroll Executive

Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Enter payroll data into the accounting software system
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee information and payroll records
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Assist with accounts payable functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Workday, or PeopleSoft
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and processes
- Familiarity with accounts payable procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
