We are looking to recruit a talented individual **Guest Services Full Time Team Member**, on full time basis passionate about service to deliver a warm welcome to all our customers upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay with professionalism and excellent customer care.
- Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure, ensures check in and check out are done with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
- Looking after guests’ reservations
- Taking care of the guests in our restaurant and bar
- Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts,
- Implements brand and Group projects and identity features
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration,
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible,
- Conveys a good hotel image,
- Respects the reservation commitments in full.
