**We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Work Placement Co-ordinator within our Sports, Public **Services and Care Professions department on a fixed term (Maternity Cover), full time (35 hours per week) basis.**

As a Work Placement Co-ordinator, you will be responsible to develop work placement opportunities with employers in order to provide placements for learners within the department. Also, you will be supporting students, tutors, and employers, to ensure learners complete placements and achieve their qualifications.

In order to do this, you will need:

- Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures
- Appropriate industry experience.
- Appropriate Assessor Qualification
- Prior experience working in an education setting
- Extensive travelling within the Greater Manchester area
