The role of the events Co-Ordinator will include:

- Plan and deliver a range of events and meetings
- Manage event budgets and suppliers
- Administration support, including invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for smooth execution of events
- Follow up post-event to ensure feedback and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events
- Maintain a strong relationship with members

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Events Co-Ordinator should have:

- Experience in planning and executing events
- Must be willing to travel around the northwest and have access to a car
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administration experience, raising invoices and purchase orders
- The ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent at building customer relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
