- Innovation and IOT Alley – Our 4th floor is dedicated to Innovation, delivering access to AR/VR/Unity Centre of Excellence, and workspace for delivery of Skills City courses helping ensure fair access to technology for a variety of learners.

- Residents, Partners, and Members also have access to offices, shared workspace, meeting rooms across our 5th and 6th floors. We are looking to hire a HUB Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help with the day-to-day running of our offices, shared workspace, Gametech Campus covering eSports and educational space, and HOST Social covering events, providing first class customer service support to all members and guests.

The Role:

Your key responsibilities will consist of:

- Providing world class customer service to all members and guests. - Work with our IT Team on day to day tasks

- Leading on building issues, managing out on items raised by residents and staff, including

maintenance, health and safety, general building condition.

- Liaising with landlord on their regular maintenance and ensuring access is managed for them. - Managing set up of new spaces for residents, managing furniture allocation, manual handling and porterage as required.

- Ensure rooms are set up for any events. manual handling of furniture and porterage as required

- Co-ordinating with the IT team to ensure AV support is provided where required for events. Regular checks of AV equipment, first line fix of equipment faults via IT team, and highlighting any further issues to Head of IT if any capital spend is required

- Keeping accurate event records.

- Managing catering and other sundries for events and sessions as well as assisting the events team with set up, logistics and cleaning down.

- Manage permissions and availability for Nexudus users, visibility and limitations on resources and products available to customer profiles.

- Data reconciliation on Zoho / Nexudus and Xero / Nexudus

Skills and Experience :

Essential:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a facilities or office management role. Would suit someone with strong administrative skills who can keep track of activity and ensure issues are moved on regularly.

- Previous experience of working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

- Passion around technology

- A demonstrable ‘customer-centric’ approach to work and problem solving.

- Strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate confident interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organise and prioritise own time and workload.

- Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask.

- Excellent MS office suite skills

skills Desirable:

- A business-related degree.

- IOSH Managing Safely or other similar Health and Safety Qualification

- IT experience
