Based from our offices in Bloom Street, but working across different venues in North Manchester you will co-ordinate the services available at our Homeless Prevention Hubs through the week. Our Homeless Prevention Hubs will support people living locally to access services at a neighbourhood level, and support people as they face homelessness or are homeless. This is a new project, spearheaded by Barnabus Manchester. The post holder will be working alongside partners from across the VCSE sector and other statutory organisations to ensure that the right services are available at the right location for local people. Extension of the contract term is dependent on funding which we hope to have in place by the end of the contract term. You will have a flexible, caring attitude, be intuitive, self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise your workload under pressure, remaining calm and respectful of persons at all times. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Key responsibilities**:
Manage a weekly pop-up Homeless Prevention Hub service at four locations.
