We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Management Graduates to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in various aspects of business management.

As a Trainee, you will have the chance to explore different functions within our organisation, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources. We expect you to be a quick learner and actively contribute to the team's success by taking on projects and tasks that support our clients' growth objectives.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

- Completed degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in management, backed by evidence or experience.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours.
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, on-site basis.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive mindset.
- Some experience leading projects or working in group settings.
- Willingness to learn and embrace personal growth.

As a Business Management Graduate, your responsibilities will include:

- Familiarising yourself with our company's policies, structure, and procedures.
- Shadowing senior managers to gain insights into day-to-day operational management.
- Participating in training and development programs to optimise our existing structures.
- Developing your leadership and management skills by overseeing a small team.
- Undertaking project work under the guidance of assigned managers, involving research, analysis, planning, testing, adjustments, and execution.

**Salary**: £25,717.23 per year
