Program Overview

The Kumon Graduate Program is a comprehensive development initiative designed to equip graduates with the skills, attributes, and confidence to become effective Area Managers. This program is tailored to offer a unique exposure to the business, allowing participants to gain a deep understanding of the company's operations and strategies.

Program Structure

The program consists of three six-month long rotations throughout the business, providing participants with a dynamic and engaging learning experience. The first 12 months are based in London, where participants will follow a structured learning and development plan, dedicating time to key departments that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to franchisees, providing guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Work strategically with colleagues and counterparts to deliver business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to drive student growth.
  • Improve the practice of the Kumon Method, ensuring consistency and quality across the business.
  • Analyze instructor and student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree, 2:2 or above.
  • At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • The desire for a career in management.
  • Passion for the education sector.
