Our Business Management Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales, equipping you with the tools needed to become a successful sales professional. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team, learn from industry experts, and contribute to impactful projects. This program offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your creativity, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills will thrive.

**During this programme, you will**:

- Sales Training: Participate in a structured training program to develop a deep understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales team to build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging industry trends.
- Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the unique value propositions of our products and services.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and post-sales activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning, attend sales conferences and workshops, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced sales professionals, leveraging their expertise to accelerate your career growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Business Acumen: A recent graduate with a degree in Business Management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of business concepts.
- Passion for Sales: Genuine enthusiasm for sales, a natural ability to build relationships, and a hunger for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present sales proposals with confidence.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends, analyse sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing market dynamics, and develop innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.

**Salary**: From £26,615.68 per year
