**Just about to graduate or graduated last year and wondering what’s next? We are searching for graduates who would like to specialise in Hotel Sales Management**

With over 50 hotels in the UK Ireland - even building and opening 2 hotels through a pandemic We have exciting opportunities to not only take part in our Sales Graduate Programme but also grow within an ever expanding company to achieve your career goals with the support of our LD programmes.

**The Sales Graduate Programme**
- 2 year Graduate Sales Management Development Programme, specialising in Hotel Sales, consisting of a 2 year placement entering at a Sales Executive level
- The Graduate Programme is a challenging mix of work experience with on the job training, off the job learning and self-learning
- Exposure to all aspects and disciplines of the Sales function, with short secondments in Central Sales, Meeting and Event Sales and 2-3 different market places during the duration of your Programme
- Entry onto Leonardo Hotels, Sales Academy Programme - Guru, Master the Art of Sales
- Fixed-term 2 year contract with the aim to be in a permanent Sales Manager role by the end of your contract
