**Description**

We are hiring a Data Administrator to join our successful Profit Protection Department. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department and have a direct positive impact on business operations.

**Responsibilities**
- You will liaise with stores, the warehouse and the field team with regards to stock queries, IBT errors and delivery errors, providing solutions to any issues raised and evidence from ledger entries where required.
- Produce stocktake results and provide usable analysis to communicate and update relevant teams and dashboards.
- Maintain store and warehouse stock integrity by analysing and adjusting stock records whilst identifying causes of inaccuracies and implementing processes to fix known issues.
- Produce weekly, monthly and periodic reports detailing levels of shrinkage, stock accuracy, process error and other forms of loss or inaccuracy.
- Review of the CCTV system, identifying any faults and providing footage when required.
- Monitor and proactively action store stock adjustment requests and HO-T removals/adjustments through the Service Desk portal.
- Clear down ‘Aged in Transit Transfers’ for both the warehouse and stores.
- Work closely with the Merchandising department across various stock-related tasks and issue-resolution.
- Monitor and work on our UNLCKD App to identify anomalies and raise these with the relevant teams.
- Monitor BI reporting to identify any potential fraud/bad practice/abuse by store staff of any company policy, providing the relevant Profit Protection Specialist with the information they need to investigate the issue accordingly.
- Ensure the investigations log is kept up to date and liaise with the field team to ensure outcomes for the investigations are filled in.
- Provide meaningful and effective insights and analysis on data sets when required.

**The Team**

The Profit Protection team is an extended family split into departments. The departments are split to ensure full focus is provided across all areas of business risk relating to supply chain.

**About You**

Ideally, you will have experience within a retail environment and exposure to dealing with stock, whether this is at shop floor or head office level. Experience in Microsoft Excel is essential. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to workunder pressure, be adaptable and resilient is necessary.

You will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business.
