Your remit:

- Primary point of contact for developing marketing insights & client and prospect data. Responsible for maintaining data integrity in an integrated CRM platform
- Develop meaningful insights in to target markets & segments, clients & prospects to support the development of the marketing strategy and plans.
- Work with marketing team, business development team and firm-wide stakeholders, providing insights that deliver high quality, targeted marketing campaigns
- Review, report on and develop recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance, and client & prospect development activities
- Identify opportunities and develop recommendations to continually improve marketing systems and data management processes
- Collaborate with colleagues from across the firm, as part of the data insights project, to ensure meaningful data is placed at the heart of decision making.

Your skills:
- Ability to act on own initiative, demonstrating the courage of conviction in pursuit of delivering commercial targets and core KPIs
- Responsive to fast-paced, changing environment in a positive manner, taking responsibility for leading and embedding behavioural change (as necessary)
- Taking the time to understand the motivations and needs of key stakeholders and your team, using empathetic, collaborative influence to deliver positive results
- Motivated and able to take ownership of all aspects of the role, with a real sense of purpose (and vision) to prove what marketing insights & data brings
- A wider understanding of business performance and the integral part marketing insights, marketing campaigns and meaningful client & prospect

Your experience:

- Experience of utilising an “outside in” approach, in a market & client facing environment, using market insights and client needs to develop strategy
- Effective communicator, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable in engaging with, and constructively influencing, senior leadership
- Experience of managing integrated CRM platforms to support marketing, BD & broader business requirements (HubSpot experience a firm preference)
- Strong data and project management skills, with experience in developing customisable dashboard and relevant reports to provide clear management information (utilised to develop strategy & drive and measure performance)
