**Customer Services Representative (Office Based)**

**Corporate Sales Account Management - Monday to Friday - Full Time - Hybrid**

**Location: Manchester Office - Sale, M33 2GS**

**About The Role**

An exciting opportunity to join an established team within part of our office based Corporate Sales Account Management function, you’ll be responsible for supporting the provision of company cars and light commercial vehicles to our Mid Market channel.

This fast paced and dynamic role ensures that our customers receive expert knowledge and advice on all aspects of managing and maintaining their fleet of vehicles.

You’ll work very closely with our field based business managers, helping secure and maintain business for Arval UK by ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve.

Following extensive training, you’ll be providing our customers with expert knowledge and advice on suitable vehicle leasing options, you will ensure we satisfy their individual requirements. You will remain customer focused, build good rapport and professional ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. As a Customer Services Representative** **you’ll be;
- Answering inbound calls from Arval UK’s Corporate Customer base
- Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems to accurately record the information
- Offering and delivery top quality customer service
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers

You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of customers, which is why working Monday to Friday is essential to maximise the support and response times to your portfolio.

A basic of upto £25,000 and a core commission element of £4,000. On top of this figure, over-performance can result in an additional £3,000 commission payment.

The hybrid working option, gives you up to 2 days working from home per week. You’ll be eligible for hybrid working following completion of your initial training period and once you feel comfortable to do so.** **Team working is so important to us and you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors of our vibrant Manchester office based in Sale.

**About You**

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Services Representative. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact that comes naturally to you.

You’ll be joining a high achieving team that operates in a fast-paced environment. We’re always looking to improve our offering to all customers and improve the experience all our customers have. Process improvement is everyone’s responsibility within the team, we’ll look to you to appropriately raise solutions and options to implement.
