We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a consultancy business in Camberley, recruiting a Tenders Assistant to guide clients through the tender process.

The role would suit someone with a background in office administration, looking for a varied role that requires a detail-orientated admin skillset, as well as liaising with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the tender processruns smoothly.
- Salary:_£30,000 p/a
- Hybrid working:_ 3 days from home, 2 days in the office
- Location:_ Parking on-site. Short walk from both Blackwater & Camberley train stations

**The Role**
- The preparation and development of tender documentation
- Proof reading and formatting of documents for release on to the tenders portal
- Administration of all client’s and consultant’s tender portal logins
- Control of version history of all documents that are updated during the tender process
- Providing office and administrative support to the Partners and Consultants
- To always maintain confidentiality and security of the business and its external clients

**Your Profile**
- Rounded office administration skillset (tender experience not important)
- Strong communicator - written & verbal
- Interest in managing a process with a high attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver
