Personal Assistant to Coo/client Relations Executive

**Job description**
Our client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Client Relations Executive to assist in the smooth running of the company’s sales function by providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer.
**Key responsibilities and accountability**:
- Managing the COO’s diary, organising meetings and appointments
- Minute-taking and distribution for meetings involving the COO
- Organising conferences and events
- Arranging ad-hoc travel accommodation for any off-site meetings
- Implementing and maintaining procedures for the Sales Team; ensuring all team members follow protocols
- Compose and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
- Having an awareness of COO’s weekly to-do items, taking initiative to remind the COO regarding important tasks/deadlines
- Ensure that receipts are maintained on company’s expenses system for COO’s payments
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients, often on behalf of the COO
- Assist in preparing quotations and security reports for customers and prospects, ensuring they are prepared accurately and on time
- Responsible for the coordination of all company tenders, ensuring they are delivered on deadline and that all parties deliver the details required
- Responsible for the compilation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting
- Respond to customer/prospect telephone enquiries on the same business day and ensuring their requests are followed through with sales or operations
- Support the onboarding/ mobilisation of new customers ensuring their expectations are met at all stages
- Carry out additional training to gain a knowledge of company’s products and services

**Desired**:
- Basic understanding of the security industry
- Previous experience within a similar sales administrator role and dealing with High-Net-worth clients
- Experience of using CRM tools and managing a CRM database

**Salary**: Up to £34,000.00 per year
