**Join Our Team as an Apprentice Care Quality Coordinator in York**

Are you dedicated to creating positive impacts in people's lives? Are you seeking a vibrant and supportive workplace to let your skills and compassion shine? Look no further - step into the role of Apprentice Care Quality Coordinator in York

You will work **4 week days during the week** and **every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday)**

**We will build a tailored training and development plan that will lead to a level 3 qualification in health and social care.**

Salary £19,750 plus a benefits package of £800 to spend on a range of benefits including extra pension, health cover or just take as extra pay.

**You will need to be a driver with a car as you will regularly be visiting clients in their homes and meeting our team of care professionals in the community.**

**What Your Day Looks Like**:As an Apprentice Care Quality Coordinator, you'll be a trailblazer in cultivating a positive and nurturing environment for both our clients and care professionals. Your day-to-day involves going to visit clients to provide support, overseeing the delivery of personalized care plans, conducting assessments, and providing valuable guidance to our compassionate care team. Join us in fostering a culture defined by empathy and professionalism. You will build up experience and knowledge over the period of your apprenticeship by shadowing others, attending training on a massive range of topics and we will assign an experienced mentor to you too.

**Your Impactful Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized client assessments to tailor care plans to individual needs
- Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families
- Support clients with their care needs
- Provide supervision and unwavering support to our dedicated caregiving team
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture through engaging training and development initiatives
- Introduce new Care Professionals to their clients
- Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans
- Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records
- Participate in an out of hours on call rota - 1 evening per week and also out of hours during your weekend working (1 in 3)
