We are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to support one of our leading sales teams, which is based part of the week in our York office. As a Coordinator you will be a great team player with a real people focus and passion for quality customer experience. With plenty of opportunities to develop a career and progress within the sales side of the business this is an exciting role to consider.
**Your Mission**:
You will join a successful team, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and building a top-notch customer experience. Collaborating with Account Managers, your role involves diverse duties, maintaining processes, and representing boxxe with excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Your development will be supported through focused training with the internal sales team.

As a Sales Coordinator within the defence team at boxxe, you'll support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Managing customer interactions, updating our CRM system, and handling correspondence will be your forte. Your organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment. Your work aligns with our commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and ethical business practices.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Working with your aligned sales team to manage new and existing customers, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.
- Ensure that customer information is kept up to date on the CRM system in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Additional administration functions to support the overall customer experience
**What experience we think you’ll need**:
- Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
- Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail
- Great people person with an enthusiasm for working with others
- You’ll be proactive with a real thirst for knowledge and development
- Computer literate with an understanding and passion for new technology and tools
- Professional in all forms of communication
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced working environment
- BPSS as a minimum and a willingness to undertake Security Clearance (SC)
