Logistics Administrator

Family owned, family run, we are looking for an additional **LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR** at our **YORK** dealership. Working with the Used Car Buying Team your main duties will be:
a To bring all purchased Used vehicles into stock;
b To create purchased invoices for cold purchases;
c To liaise with customers regarding cold purchases;
d To co-ordinate any logistic requirements;
e To ‘push lines’ for all purchased Used cars;
f To upload/remove cars to the relevant internet platform(s)
g To co-ordinate all CBS cars using the CBS portal;
h Tp cover other Logistic Administrator holidays
I To load cars onto Dealer Auction if required
j Any other ad hoc duties relating to the Used Car department.
Experience in Car Sales Adminstration and/or use of Pinnacle will be an advantage.
You will have excellent IT skills, organisational skills and minimum Grade 4 GCSE Maths and English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
