We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator UK and Ireland to join our Sales team in York, UK. This position available is a fulltime, 6-month fixed term contract. The role will involve working for the Sales Operations team in York. Within the role you will be responsible for sales order processing of customer orders as well as assisting with customer queries and request for information.

**Key Duties -**
- Sales order entry, maintenance and management using Salesforce and SAP
- Picking of orders & invoicing ensuring we meet our contractual obligations
- Day to day customer (internal/external) query management Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, essential
- Excellent attention to detail, essential
- Previous experience of working in a similar sales coordinator role, desirable
- Previous experience of working with Salesforce and SAP, desirable
- Pro-active approach to prevent and deal with upcoming problems
- Timely response to customer requests
- Motivated to ensure quality and customer care
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with the willingness and aptitude to learn
- Perception created to all parties is one of competence, reliability, efficiency, authority Scope of employment
- DBS check will be required (ADVA to arrange) Primary location of job
