**Lifestyle Co-ordinator**

Atrium Recruitment are currently supporting a Residential Dementia care home seeking a Lifestyle Co-ordinator based in York. We are seeking individuals with a passion for working with people and those that have experience in the care sector. The wellbeing of the homes residents is vital. Providing a rich activity programme can benefit the residents in a countless number of ways, from improving their health to increasing happiness, and allowing them to achieve their goals.

**Duties**:
We are looking for organised, creative individual to join our clients team of Lifestyle Co-Ordinators ensuring that the residents have a rich and engaging person-centred activity programme. This will include but is not limited to:

- Taking the residents out on trips
- Planning events in the home
- Movie nights, games nights etc
- One to one activities
- outing to cafes, events, shows etc.

Along with planning activities, the lifestyle co-ordinators are responsible for managing and populating their homes Facebook page with engaging content, taking care of their own budgets and ensuring paperwork is kept up to date. We encourage our co-ordinators to take full autonomy and make the role their own.

**Experience/ Qualifications**:

- Divers License - Essential
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous care experience/ Background in care would be beneficial.
- Previous coordination experience would be beneficial.
- Time management
- Creativity and idea generating essential

This role will be based in York and is a Monday to Friday 9-5 role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
