Stoke by Nayland Resort are looking for a Facilities and Procurement Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

As our Facilities and Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for ordering in goods and services as required by the business. These can range from office supplies or building materials, to cleaning and maintenance services and contracts.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Source quotes, raise purchase orders and place orders for goods and services whilst adhering to the company purchasing policy
- Escalate any issues that arise to the relevant team member in a timely manner and monitor progress of resolution
- Collate all paperwork relating to orders and resolve any errors
- Monitor due-dates for upcoming services and ensure these are booked in
- Assist with the administration of projects across the Resort as and when required
- Any other general administration tasks as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-orientated and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy and customer service

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour
