**Digital Advertising**:
Plan, implement, and manage online advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads, social media ads) to increase website traffic and conversions.

Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs.

Provide regular insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Market Research**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.

Use market insights to tailor marketing strategies for maximum impact.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Adapt to changes in the work environment and undertake additional tasks that may arise to support the team's objectives.

Collaborate with other team members and contribute to projects outside the scope of this job description.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
