Duties will include:

- _Outbound calling daily using data provided and converting the calls to new business leads._
- _Achieving realistic daily/weekly/monthly sales, revenue targets and KPIs._
- _Working closely with the Development Team and Team Leaders to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors._
- _Adhering to sales compliance rules - all sales are generated in line with our quality standards._
- _Proactivity in identifying opportunities for new business._
- _Inputting and maintaining prospective client information onto the company’s unique Customer Relationship Manager._
- _Dealing with client queries._
- _Building relationships with colleagues and clients, referring to the Development Team and Team Leaders for advice and support._
- _Communicating with clients in a professional manner at all times, aligned with our company values._
