Now Hiring: Operations and Marketing Co-ordinator, Golf Club Administrator
As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in two key roles - Operations and Marketing Co-ordinator and Golf Club Administrator. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this is your chance to be part of our friendly community.
Operations and Marketing Co-ordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute online marketing strategies, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), to enhance the club's digital presence.
- Enhance and maintain the golf club's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Proactively seek and secure sponsorship opportunities to support the club's initiatives.
- Take the lead in driving membership retention, satisfaction, and attracting new memberships through strategic initiatives.
- Handle payroll responsibilities efficiently.
- Collaborate with the committee to develop and implement longer-term plans for the golf club.
- Assist with retail duties in the club shop as needed.
Key Skills/Experience
- Strong commercial and marketing skills to maximise the club's potential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for club members.
- Proficient in IT with a keen understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and present financial reports.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Golf Club Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the golf club.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office tasks and communications.
- Coordinate club events and activities.
- Handle membership inquiries, renewals, and new sign-ups.
- Support the Operations and Marketing Co-ordinator in executing marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the committee to contribute to the development of the club.
- Take the lead in retail duties in the club shop, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Key Skills/Experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Proficient in office software and digital communication tools.
