Postgraduate Co-ordinator

An opportunity to work within postgraduate medical education. The Department provides advice and support to divisions within the Trust on all matters relating to the education and training of Doctors in Training
Together with the Medical Education & Quality Manager, this is a key role within the Medical Education Department and is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Postgraduate service.
You will be a great team player with excellent communication, organisational and management skills. An understanding of medical education is desirable. Knowledge of quality systems and working in an NHS setting is highly desirable.
The post holder will be expected to co-ordinate, organise and provide administrative and operational support for the provision of postgraduate medical education within the Trust. Responsible for ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet local, regional, national targets and directives applicable to Postgraduate Medical Education for Doctors in Training.
