Payroll Administrator

JOR Property Ltd are an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.
We are urgently seeking a part-time, experienced, payroll administrator to manage the fortnightly payroll. The hours are 12 hours one week, 26 hours the next week and repeat.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.
Hybrid remote working considered.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To check and process timesheets, calculate PAYE & NI for field and office employees on a fortnightly basis to a high degree of accuracy, whilst meeting strict deadlines. Accounting for absences and deductions.
- Experienced in pension administration including regulations.
- To handle all communications with HMRC and employee queries.
- Year end processing.
- Xero payroll experience an advantage.
In order to be considered for this role, you must:
- be highly experienced and have a good understanding of payroll, together with related legislation.
- have great attention to detail.
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- have a flexible and positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

- Xero Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
