**Qualifications**
**High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a positive manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure under stressful situations.
- Must be comfortable with technology such as computers, telephones, printers, etc.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Answer questions about PHYSIO SERVICES Ltd services and products.
- Provide administrative support for the company including data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, scanning documents into spreadsheets, filing documents into cabinets for storage, scanning documents into computer systems for uploading into databases, etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
