Business Support Officer

**Main Duties will include**:
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Sending invites for meetings.
- Take any enquired/referrals over the phone or in person
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Gather pricing and compile comparison quotes for Stationery
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Gathering evidence from clients who wish to pursue a service.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and understanding of the benefit system.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Legal Aid Agency
- A good attitude and experience of successfully managing conflicting priorities
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work independently & with minimum direct supervision in a busy environment
- Handling highly confidential & sensitive data on a regular basis
- Analysing complex data and demonstrating good attention to detail
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: £16,800.00-£18,000.00 per year
