As People Partner you will report into the Head of People Partnering and will be aligned strategically to an Engineering client group providing hands on and operational support. You will work with your client group and wider leadership teams to develop plansand drive key business objectives forward. You will coach and develop leaders with the right skills and behaviours to lead their teams through major growth and change.

You will be an expert across all generalist areas of HR with expertise in a specialised area like Work Force Planning, Talent Development or Diversity and Inclusion. You will lead on people change projects to include organisational design and developmentas well as driving employee engagement and employee experience initiatives. A key area in this role is to utilise HR data formulating insights and recommendations on how to discover, nurture and advance talent to allow the business to evolve at the pace theyare expecting.
This role will suit someone with significant HR Business Partnering experience who is excited to join a business at a critical point in the evolution of their people strategy.

You will need to be able to access central Bristol but the company does have a flexible working policy and you will only be required to be in the office a maximum of 1-2 days/week.
