**Quality Assurance Surveyor**

**Location - Chesterfield**

**Salary - £35454.35 per annum**

Sellick Partnership are working alongside a housing association assisting with the recruitment for a Quality Assurance Surveyor to undertake quality assurance checks for works being completed by in-house staff and contractors ensuring that all works arecompliant and to the required standards and specifications.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Surveyor**
- To provide Contractors with alternative electrical solutions, for where jobs are not straight forward and to mínimalise disruption to property and RHL customers
- In conjunction with the Electrical Compliance Manager review and continually improve a suitable audit process for both in-house and contractor delivered works
- To provide information and reports to the Electrical Compliance Manager to support the management of any operative or contractor to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- To provide performance information and management information to the Electrical Compliance Manager for reporting to Board, SMT, Property Services Management and toolbox talks
- To provide the Electrical Compliance Manager and Supervisor (Electrical) with information and reports on the quality and compliance of in-house staff and contractors work, capturing positive performance and examples of good working practices for feedbackto individuals, within Electrical Toolbox Talks and contract monitoring meetings
- To advise the Electrical Manager and Supervisor on any instances where works have not been completed to the required standards
- If none compliance is identified to be responsible for providing a comprehensive technical report identifying the failings and requirements to rectify the defective works

- 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent
