**Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0800-1600**

**Salary: £23,785.13 Per Annum**

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Operative to join our team at our Chesterfield site. As Quality Assurance Operative you will be responsible for the day to day quality administrative tasks and supporting the department to ensure that the business is compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and GDP requirements.

**Job responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Operative include**:

- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Ensure calibration records are maintained
- Collate and analyse temperature and humidity data
- Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System
- Liaise with all departments to ensure the approval of documentation
- Preform quality checks on product, as required by the business/customer
- Upload documentation to the training records management system (Nvolve)
- Assist in continuous improvement and development of quality across the site
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- To undertake any other duty commensurate with this role

**Qualifications**
As a** Quality Assurance Operative** you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

- Good team work skills
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communications skills, to all levels of the business
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and administrative skills
- Experience of working in Quality is not essential but preferred
- Keen Eye for detail and passionate about quality/continuous improvement
- Committed to uphold site Health and Safety and Quality policies, procedures and processes
