You will help organise and manage a diverse range of customers. Working with the rest of the team to ensure the required processes are efficiently and accurately completed.
Duties include:
*Handling inbound & outbound telephone calls
*Working with senior team members to manage risks.
*Keeping the CRM system up to date
*Order processing and scheduling requests
*Carry out various administrative tasks, including preparing and handling all relevant documentation, as well as providing operational support for drivers with round optimisation.
*Supporting the sales team in account management in the event of service queries or issues
*Establish and develop good working relationships with all stakeholders, including Customers, Drivers, Transport Manager, the Sales team, and third-party contractors.
Skills required:
*Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
*Experience in working to tight deadlines
*Good geographical knowledge of the local area
*Good PC skills -Essential knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook & Teams (specifically strong knowledge of Excel).

Monday-Friday 8.30am 17.15pm
