  • Handle printing and issuing of timesheets for the team.
  • Perform data entry tasks into spreadsheets, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Take charge of answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcome and attended to.
  • Manage deliveries and ensure they are properly received and distributed.
  • Take charge of ordering stationary supplies and organising inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with spreadsheets.
  • A warm and friendly demeanour, with the ability to greet visitors with a smile.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position for the right candidate. Due to the location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport and are comfortable driving to and from work.

Working Pattern: Part-time, Monday - Friday 9am-3:30pm.

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour.
