Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in daily administrative activities to fulfill customer needs and meet organizational goals.
2. Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors, valuers, tenants, investors, and financial advisors, ensuring precise information exchange.
3. Uphold a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks, delivering outstanding service to our clientele.
4. Handle customer and third-party inquiries professionally, whether via phone or written correspondence.
5. Execute various administrative duties as required.
6. Ensure that customer-related information is consistently accurate and current within the internal system.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication abilities and attention to detail.
- A collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
