About the role
Join our Housing Needs Team and support the delivery of high-quality housing services to residents of Charnwood.

We are recruiting 3 x Housing Options Officers.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to prevent, relieve and reduce homelessness, by assessing housing needs, providing advice on housing options and assisting households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to retain their accommodation or secure alternative accommodation.

We are looking for positive and adaptable individuals with strong communication and team working skills, and previous experience of providing housing options, housing advice, homelessness prevention or related services.
