**We are Curlita Beauty Clinic and Academy and have a clinic and beauty academy. We have worked with some big names in the industry and been featured in some major press such as BBC, Black Hair & Beauty, IPSY, Elle and more, and now we’re looking for a business Assistant to the CEO to help our brands grow to the next level.**

**The Business Assistant will be**:

- Collaborative. Building relationships is one of your strengths. Whether it’s with your team or with clients, you realise the importance of working together.
- A good communicator. Your friendly and confident manner is appreciated by clients and customers, team members and stakeholders alike
- Proactive. You will assist the CEO in the planning for the weeks, months and season ahead from in HQ diary management to Photoshoots, events, stock and many more, you truly own your business area and take responsibility for ensuring its success.

- Booking regional and international travel and accommodation; maintaining a flexible approach with any last-minute additions or changes
- Management of expenses across both sides of the business
- Building strong internal and external relationships in order to benefit the business
- Use social media - social media management and scheduling
- Be creative, an advantage is that you can use canva (training can be given on this)
- Arrangement of internal meetings/visits for the CEO maintaining a professional and confident approach
- Preparation of documents and presentations for meetings and events
- Student enrollment
- Supporting the new starter and leaver process when relevant
- General administration catering, stationery, filing, binding, taxis etc and ad-hoc project support

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in an admin or executive role
- Highly organised with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, stakeholders and schedules simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to foresee changes and reprioritise where necessary
- Demonstrating initiative and flexibility
- High degree of motivation and loyalty
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Presentable appearance
- Have a valid passport for international business trips
- Must be able to use microsoft office, Canva and google sheets
- Driving licence desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
