**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, working in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
  • Assist in the nursing care of residents and participate in general day-to-day activities of the home.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
