About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nursing Sister CIS to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Nursing Sister CIS, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Nursing Sister CIS, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service, working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to address a range of care issues across a spectrum of health conditions. You will work independently in a community setting, participating in the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care, adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified nursing practitioner with current NMC registration, with experience of working in the community. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality targeted personal care and hold a full driving licence.
