As a Bathroom Sales Specialist at DX Home Improvements, you will play a crucial role in helping clients envision and create their dream bathrooms. You will be responsible for guiding them through the entire process, from initial consultations to design concepts and product selection. This role involves a combination of in-store assistance and home visits to provide personalized service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- **Design Expertise**: Utilize your expertise to suggest innovative and practical design solutions, considering both aesthetics and functionality.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and technologies in bathroom fixtures, fittings, and accessories to provide informed recommendations.
- **In-Store Assistance**: Assist clients in the showroom, showcasing various product options, and helping them make informed decisions.
- **Home Visits**: Conduct on-site visits to clients' homes for accurate measurements and to better understand the space, ensuring personalized and tailored recommendations.
- **Quotations and Pricing**: Provide detailed quotations based on client preferences and budget, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- **Closing Sales**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of DX Home Improvements' products and services to close sales and achieve set targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or bathroom industry.
- **Design Knowledge**: Strong understanding of bathroom design principles and trends.
- **Customer-Focused**: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel for home visits and work weekends or evenings as needed.
- **Sales Targets**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using design software tools is a plus.
