Tsunami Axis is seeking a dedicated and driven Regional Business Development / Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team playing a pivotal role in driving our growth within Scotland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our business in the UK Scottish region and can be based out of either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.

We offer planning and design support, project management and installation, storage and warehousing, and move management services. With our five UK and four EU locations we service our customers across the EMEA region. What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting partnerships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the team to optimise performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or office and commercial industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK Scottish market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
