**Monday - Friday 0845-1730**
**On call duties required (1 in 3 nights in the week and 1 in 3 weekends)**
Availl is a leading care agency based in Bury St Edmunds. Availl has been established for 15 successful years. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for another Coordinator to join our team.
**Required**:
A minimum of one years supervised experience within the care sector is required.
You must be a qualified driver with your own car.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Recruiting and interviewing care staff and ensuring they are fully compliant before employment commences.
- Receiving staffing requests from local care managers and care establishments and allocating suitably skilled care staff to the shifts.
- General office administration duties.
- Maintaining regular telephone contact with current clients and aged clients to build long lasting relationships.
- Carry out sales calls to introduce our services to Clients who don’t currently use our services.
- Input all data and confirmed bookings onto our in-house computer system.
