**Hours:**Full time (37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri)

Vodafone UK’s blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. Our ‘Office in a Box’ home-workingkit will be available for all who need it during your onboarding journey.

A new opportunity has arisen within the Voice Core team to play a key role in Integrating Voice Core technologies and functions into the relevant country networks (UK), in line with the guidelines and high level designs defined by the Group Regional Engineeringteams.

**What will you be doing?**

Your role will be to perform local integration tests for new software and new network elements, granting the end to end integration within the relevant country, and ensuring a constant information flow towards the vertical VC domains.

You will define the low level design and support the engineering and development of the Regional Voice Core Networks guaranteeing the highest level of quality, availability and robustness to meet customer expectations.

As part of this role, you will Interfacewith local organizations and external suppliers for collaboration in the Voice Core domain and the primary focus will be on the IMS domain.

**Who are we looking for? **
- Knowledge of network functions and architecture and how performance contributes to overall customer experience. Network functions include those in the Circuit Switched network - MSC, MGW, HLR, AUC, EIR and STP as well as those in the Packet SwitchedVoice Network supporting VoLTE and Wifi Calling - SBC, MTAS, CSCF, DRA, ENUM and HSS
- Design and Test experience within the Voice Core/IMS domain
- Strong cost and performance orientation
- Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change
