Our ‘Office in a Box’ home-working kit will be available for all who need it during your onboarding journey.**: Responsible for performing multi-vendor RAN system feature trials, design changes and Performance troubleshooting including drive test analysis. The role involves engineering-based performance analysis and good knowledge of mobile radio, mobility, capacity & device behaviour. Be confident in owning and reporting on technical work streams and creating/communicating processes.

Network Design Authority_**

**What will you be doing?**:

- Responsible for maintaining a multi-vendor, performance and optimisation System design. The focus is on the continuous improvement of the mobile customer experience in Network KPIs, Benchmarking & Crowdsource measures
- Troubleshooting Performance changes in KPIs, benchmarking and device-specific scenarios; RCA and then driving the fix.
- Supporting operational readiness for new-services, technology evolution and associated large-scale RAN projects e.g. 5G SA, 3G Shutdown, Energy Saving features & CAT-M
- Contribute to Vodafone UK network optimisation guidelines, standards and processes to ensure best practice is followed
- Manage small, ad-hoc projects to develop & support the Radio team’s ways of working

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Knowledge of at least 2 RAN vendors preferred combined with a working understanding of the different NW functions i.e. RAN + TX / CORE / Deployment / Operations
- Stakeholder management skills, internal and external (customer/supplier)
- Experience of working cross-functionally and driving collaboration between teams and functions
- Ability to adapt and prioritise workload is critical to success in this role
- Analytical with strong communication skills - able to communicate confidently and effectively adapting communication style as needed.
- Able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand for different audiences.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive and solutions-focussed approach; quickly building effective internal/external team relationships to drive delivery of improvements
- VF-UK meets or exceeds Mobile Network KPIs for both Voice and Data across Vodafone and VmO2 hosted areas
