Employee Services Administrator - Onboarding

The role

We have exciting opportunity available to Join QinetiQ as an Employee Services Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for all Onboarding administration and work this both Hiring Managers and new starters to ensure that the Onboarding process is as smooth as possible.

What will I be doing?

Accurate data input on the relevant in house systems, mainly Success Factors and SAP.

Appropriate use of all other HR systems.

Provide a professional service with a focus on excellent customer service to colleagues and external customers using written and verbal communication.

Work with vetting to request and progress chase pre-employment checks including references, health, criminal record and security checks as required.

Produce offers and contracts for new starters and transfers for internal staff.

Ensure all work is completed prioritised and completed in a timely manner in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Keep accurate records of all service requests and actions taken.

Ensure all personal documentation is handled in accordance with the Data protection Act.

Any other tasks required by the Team Lead - E/S - Onboarding and Vetting.

Proven track record in helping to identify best practice and delivering improved organisational efficiency.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

An ability to work under time constraints

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Ability to prioritise & deliver accurate results to tight deadlines

An ability to work under pressure

To exceed the expectations of internal and external stakeholders

Proven ability to work in team environment whilst working on own allocated work

Provide accurate information to all stakeholders

Behavioural requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Good general education e.g. GCSE (or equivalent)

Communicate effectively in English

Experience working in a customer service or administration role

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Desirable qualifications

Working towards or willing to work towards CPP, CBAPS or CIPD

Please note that all applicants must be eligible for SC clearance as a minimum.
