Office Manager - Hybrid
**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
This is a great opportunity to join a leading procurement network on a permanent basis as an Office Manager. Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual to facilitate the smooth running of the office, and support the Chief of Staff and widerbusiness with special projects and cultural initiatives.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a safe and sustainable working environment, maintaining the overall appearance of the office and meeting rooms, and overseeing office equipment and supplies
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of office and companywide events, such as Summer Retreat, Christmas parties, Employee of the Month, and incentive trips
- Assist with the company's fundraising activities and social events and providing hoc support on Executive Leadership Team commitments
- Assisting with administrative duties across other back-office departments such as HR by running the process of setting up new starters and shutting down leavers, and facilitating new hire onboarding
- Facilitating flight bookings and travel logistics
Office Manager Essentials:
- Experience as a coordinator, receptionist, executive assistant, or administrative assistant
- Technical skills including MS Office and Google Suite
- Great communication skills and previous experience with stakeholder management
- The ability to deliver projects to a high standard, sometimes within tight deadlines
- Having a proactive approach to work to make decisions and prioritise important tasks independently
