LMA Recruitment has been appointed to partner an extremely successful global organisation, who currently require an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Lead.
This leading professional services firm are offering an immediate 6 month (initial) contract for an Early Careers Recruiter to manage a dynamic team who provide a high volume of recruitment within the Early Careers space across the group.
Typical duties will involve:

- Supporting the expansion of the Engagement team and embedding the new business model across the regions
- Proactively managing the external relationships with agency suppliers to ensure key commercial and performance indicators are maintained
- Act as a senior escalation for risk management and protect the integrity of the global brand and processes
- Build out the data and reporting capabilities, ensuring the company has a holistic view of headcount requirements and how the process is performing
- Supporting the coaching and development of the staff and playing a key role in ensuring 'Early Careers' is a great place to work
- A genuine passion for 'Early Careers' and making an impact that matters for the business, the staff and the communities they work in
- Experience in a leadership role within a high-volume Early Careers setting, with ability to execute innovative recruitment strategies to source and recruitment top Early Careers talent
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, in a complex organisation
- Ability to use data led insights to inform future thinking, with experience of measuring ROI and building a compelling narrative using a data led approach.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Early Careers market in the UK and thought leadership on engaging with both a schools and university audience
- Sensitive to risk, with an awareness and understanding of common employment legislation pertaining to best-in-class recruitment standards
- Experience of coaching and developing a team and contributing to a positive team culture
