As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Residential Childcare Workers to join our dynamic team.

About You:
- You will have experience of working in a similar role and with children who have emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties.
- You will be committed to developing relationships with children that enable them to trust adults to meet their needs.
We will need you to
- Work shift patterns that reflect the needs of children which will include day shifts, sleep shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Be available to children and be sensitive to their feelings
- Offer acceptance to build their self-esteem.
- Enable and support young people to feel valued.
- Help our children feel that they belong.
- Implement policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children.

What We Offer
- Full time roles up to 40 hours per week.
- A competitive salary package of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience and qualification (pro-rata for part time).
