We're OVO Group, a big family of companies united by a single vision: to get to zero carbon, fast.
We call this Plan Zero - and it shows how we'll be fighting the climate crisis and transforming the way people use energy over the next decade. To do this, we need the sharpest minds. Are you up for the challenge?
**Do great green things with OVO Energy**
So much has changed since we launched in 2009. Our goal remains the same though: make energy cheaper, greener, and simpler. Just as it was on day one.
**Everyone belongs at OVO**
Our aim is to build a diverse and inclusive movement: teams of brilliant people, with unique talents, skills, passions, and experiences.
We encourage everyone to join us, whatever your gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, life experience, or background. So please come as you are - we can't wait to meet you.

- Ensure effective management of the demand and capacity pipelines across all products and areas by centralising forecasts, and leading internal communications with key stakeholders.
- Perform and share analysis of Field fulfilment activity to improve quality of decision making by Supplier Management, Finance and operational teams.
- Lead the build-out of a skills-led capacity planning capability focused on skills segmentation, strategic workforce planning forecasting and buy, build, borrow plans to close gaps.
- Accept ownership for the timely delivery of robust forecasts during all planning cycles (Outlooks/Budgets/Mid-Year latest estimates) within Field Services covering demand & capacity, ensuring proactive clear and concise articulation and storytelling of respective forecasts within set deadlines.
- Analysis of baseline, using statistical methods to improve accuracy where possible
- Provide on-going critique, analysis and measurement of demand plan accuracy
- Work with Forecasting Manager to build forecasting capabilities and identify and drive cross-brand multi-product forecasting process efficiencies and automations, including influencing the success of Anaplan by positioning Anaplan to drive business value in areas of forecast accuracy and reducing forecast bias.
- Understand and present the weighted value proposition for all Field fulfilment work types, supporting better quality decisions to overcome imbalances between demand and capacity.
- Work with colleagues across Field Services to understand data requirements and associated calculation logic, and translate data and calculation requirements into forecast model designs
- Contribute to your development and the teams' technical skills by demonstrating inclusive behaviours and establishing a culture of highest performing teams

- Specific professional experience will include, 3+ years work experience in a complex resource forecasting role.
- This role would suit somebody who has a real positive attitude and who is easily able to connect and interact with people, working in a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach.
- Genuine passion for problem solving and persistence when vital, getting job satisfaction from delivering outputs under time constraints and where priorities change regularly.
