About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Demand Forecasting Manager to join our workforce planning team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and experience in forecasting demand and scheduling large numbers of staff.

Key responsibilities include developing intra-hour requirements for OOH and CAS services based on historical patterns, leading a team of Workforce Planning Coordinators, and building and maintaining forecasting documents and planning schedules.

You will also be responsible for creating resource requirements based on forecast activity and service needs, and performance reporting and insight. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience working with various IT systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time role primarily based in Bristol, with some travel to other sites required and homeworking available.
