**Graduate Recruitment Administrator - Job Overview**
As a Graduate Recruitment Administrator, your duties will include;
- Advertising new vacancies
- General administration
- Screening CV’s and shortlisting applicants
- Telephone interviews with applicants
- Updating hiring managers on progress made
- Managing diaries and arranging interviews
- Sending out offer letters
- General Recruitment administration
- General customer service
**Graduate Recruitment Administrator - Skills & Experience Required**
- Able to commit to a role for a minimum of 3 months
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong PC skills including databases and all Microsoft packages
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels
- Customer-focused attitude
- Experience working in a recruitment department is desirable but not essential
- Experience working within an HR department is desirable but not essential
